Abstract:
A group of agents are the owners of a set of indivisible goods, and they want to fairly partition the goods between them. When will a partition of the goods be considered fair? In this talk we will discuss our systematic theory of share-based fairness, starting with the case of agents with equal entitlements, and then mainly focus on the case of agents with arbitrary entitlements.
