Professor  Emeritus Anat Rafaeli holds the Yigal Alon Chair for the Study of People at Work in the Technion. She completed her Ph.D. studies at the Ohio State University in 1984 and was a post-doctorate visiting fellow at Stanford University. She joined the Technion in 1999 before which she was a professor at the School of Business Administration of The Hebrew University and at The University of Michigan.
Anat is on the Academic Board of the Israel Open University and the Ort Braude Academic College and volunteers at Hillel, an Israeli nonprofit that helps young adults who have left the ultra-orthodox world.
