The Misgav Regional Council is located in the Western Galilee and comprises 35 Jewish and Arab communities with a population of about 30,000 residents. As part of the project, a team of students developed an optimized work plan for the processes at the bilingual referral center and built the call center accordingly which is synchronized with the dedicated systems in the center.
